Domestic Abuse and Awareness Support event in Hythe this Friday, 8th May

Ashford Mediation Service will be attending the Domestic Abuse and Awareness Support event at the Town Hall Undercroft in Hythe between 10.30am and 2pm on Friday 8th May. The event is hosted by Hythe Town Council and will also see Folkestone & Hythe District Community Safety Partnership, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, and Rising Sun Domestic Violence & Abuse Service in attendance. Today, we are proud to extend that same support to residents of Folkestone & Hythe , thanks to the generous support of the Kent Community Foundation and The Roger De Haan Charitable Trust . This partnership enables us to explore and deliver free mediation services to individuals, families and communities across the district. Christmas and New Year opening times

Please note the AMS office will be closed from midday on Tuesday 23rd December, and will re-open on Friday 2nd January 2026. Emails and enquiries will be monitored and recorded between times, ready for when the office reopens in January. Keeping Ashford Talking at the Eat Well Spend Less Roadshow

Elloise and Melodie from Ashford Mediation Service recently attended the Eat Well Spend Less Roadshow as part of our ongoing community work to Keep Ashford Talking. Elloise and Melodie from Ashford Mediation Service The event at the Park Mall Shopping Centre in Ashford brought together a range of partner organisations including frontline NHS staff and Ashford Borough Council (ABC) officers, outreach organisations and charities, in one easy-to-access place. Ashford Mediation Service at Ashford Pride

Melodie Webster, AMS Operations Manager, recently attended the inaugural Ashford Pride event as part of our community work to Keep Ashford Talking. Everyone was welcome to participate in the festivities at Ashford Pride. The event was held on Saturday 22nd June and was an opportunity for the community to come together, show support, and have a great time.
